Camps that provide a safe week of happy memories, building self worth and confidence, learning life skills, and creating hope for the future, for children who have experienced abuse.

Role and responsibilities

1. Be available to help and support where ever required.
2. Assist buddies with needs of children - behaviour, physical, emotional.
3. Always encourage a positive relationship between buddy and child.
4. Assist with group activities at every opportunity.
5. Focus children and buddy attention on participating 100% and supporting each other.
6. Assist with toilet breaks as required to ensure there is always more than one adult with a child.
7. Sit with different children each meal time to help build relationship with them.
8. Attend daily staff meetings with Director.
9. Assist with camp set up and pack down.
10. Remain at camp for the full duration.
